Alexia Corradini (email: ac2478@cam.ac.uk)
I am a third year PhD student in symplectic topology, supervised by Ivan Smith at the University of Cambridge. You can find my resume here.
In my current research, I use tools from algebraic geometry and mirror symmetry to understand Lagrangians in symplectic manifolds. For instance, I am interested in how the theory of algebraic cycles can inform the way we classify Lagrangians, and what Hodge theory tells us about the structure of their open Gromov-Witten invariants.
My office is E0.10 in the Centre for Mathematical Sciences in Cambridge, or you can reach me via email at ac2478@cam.ac.uk.

Events organised
- July 2025Together with Danil Koževnikov, I organised a summer school on partially wrapped Fukaya categories which took place in Helmsley, UK and was mentored by Sheel Ganatra and Jeff Hicks. We hosted 29 participants — mainly PhD students or early career postdocs.
- 2024–2025Together with Adrian Dawid, we organised an internal “A-side seminar” over three terms, bringing together the symplectic group at the University of Cambridge, offering opportunities for members to present original research, or discuss an interesting paper.

This is actually the second website I have built. This is what I was up to when I was 10.
